1 cup water
Sugar and milk optional
1 tea spoon coconut oil
 
Put coffee in a mug, pour hot water, add coconut oil and stir. If you want to add milk and sugar, you can add hot milk and sugar as per your choice. This is an energy booster drink.
Coconut Oil in Salad Dressing

1 Tomato
5-6 Grapes
2 slices of pineapple
1 cup shredded Cottage cheese
1 cup Sweet Corn
½ cup shredded Cabbage
2 spoons crushed nuts
1 Teaspoon vinegar
1 table spoon honey
Salt and pepper for taste
1 Table spoon coconut oil
 
Slice the pineapples, grapes, cucumber and tomato. Keep in a salad bowl. Now, warm the coconut oil in a pan, add honey, salt, pepper, corns, vinegar, cabbage and crushed nuts. Stir fry for two minutes and put it on the sliced salad. Mix it well till the dressing reaches all the layers of the salad. Let it get to the room temperature before you eat and enjoy the refreshing salad. If you are storing it in the refrigerator, make sure to microwave it before serving.
Fresh fruits smoothie with a tint of coconut oil

Take some fresh fruits of your choice, cut them and put them in a blender. Add a few leaves of mint and a tablespoon of honey. If you like your smoothie to be chilled, add some ice cubes and before blending the drink, add a spoon of coconut oil. This smoothie will taste different and delicious.

Take a pan and double boil coconut oil. You can use a sauce pan full of water and inside that a small pan in which you will melt coconut oil. Now add honey to it and stir it well. If you will not whisk it properly, chances are there that honey will not mix well with coconut oil andit will set in the bottom. Once honey and coconut oil are mixed finely, you can add cocoa powder and keep whisking. Add vanilla extract or cinnamon powder. It will give the chocolates an irresistible flavor. Add nuts while you whisk it for the final time. Now take the silicon tray and put the mixture in it. Let it freeze inside the freezer and de-mold it before serving.
